Colin Jones-Evans has worked in HR and L&D consulting for over 23 years initially
in BP and Ernst & Young, joining Virtua in 1991 as a partner. Colin has provided
team building, training and executive coaching for a variety of public and private
sector clients, including oil, legal, property, insurance, retail, utilities, health
and local government.
During his time at Virtua, Colin has developed and run a range of programmes covering
consulting skills, influence and negotiation, facilitating groups, risk assessment,
business development and sales, recruitment interviewing, appraisal and coaching
skills, performance management, management and leadership development, and team building.
Colin’s coaching experience ranges from follow-up with participants of numerous training
courses to help them embed skills, to giving 360º feedback to business change specialists
to help them deepen their consulting skills. He is qualified to administer psychometric
testing including MBTI and LIFO, has a certificate in systemic consulting and is
a Master and Business NLP Practitioner and author of Perfect In-House Training, published
by Arrow Books
In addition to his work in Virtua, Colin is founder of Virtual360Survey.com, an internet
based survey engine designed for coaches, trainers and HR specialists.
