Michael Bustard held senior management posts within Reed Publishing when in 1985 he left to establish a training and development consultancy now known as Virtua.  

Michael spends 60% of his time working globally with major organisations focusing on leadership development often through 360° feedback and coaching. In addition, he coaches people at a senior level, who want to improve their formal presentations. Besides being Joint Managing Partner of Virtua, Michael is a Director of a charity based trading company and a Non- Executive Director of an Engineering company.
