New team? New members? New leader? We can help you build high performing teams with
a greater sense of identity, vision and values. We can:
- Develop and run short away-day events. Often we find managers want to help their
teams get to know one another better, or to address strategy or role issues.
- Create and facilitate team games that provide valuable learning. Sometimes we are
asked to support an already arranged away-day and to provide some help with design
or with exercises or games that can bring out learning points, such as communication
processes.
- Provide insights into team members' differences to capitalise on diversity using
tools such as the Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator,
LIFO or other personality questionnaires we can help draw out team members’ preferences
and needs and allow them to understand how their differences can also be a strength
that they can capitalise on.
